What happens after you send a meal
You send a photo, optional caption or text description to Orzio's private Telegram chat. Orzio processes the request with its configured AI provider, extracts a structured nutrition estimate, applies deterministic numeric limits and model-assisted ingredient checks when you have enabled them, and stores the resulting meal in your personal log.
The reply shows the estimated meal macros, any applicable rule verdict and the running total for your local day. Your timezone and chosen day-start setting determine which day receives a late-night meal.
What Orzio stores
While your account exists, Orzio stores submitted meal photos, nutrition estimates, logs, goals, food rules and messages needed to provide the service. It also records operational information such as model, latency, token use, cost and errors. Structured nutrition calls retain raw model responses; conversational prompt and response bodies are redacted from model-call telemetry.
The complete and current disclosure lives in the Privacy Policy. Read it before using the service for information you consider sensitive, and keep your Orzio interactions in private Telegram chats, private Discord interactions or your personal Shortcut.
Undo is not deletion
The Undo button marks a meal as undone. It stops contributing to your current history and totals, but the row remains in your account. That makes it possible to correct an accidental or duplicated log without pretending the original processing never happened.
Account deletion is a separate flow. Once completed, it permanently removes user-linked database rows and photos, while retaining only a pseudonymous deletion receipt. Use deletion instead of Undo when your intention is to remove the account and its linked data.
Practical privacy habits
Photograph the food rather than people, documents, medication labels or identifying details in the background. Do not submit another person's nutrition or health-adjacent information without their knowledge and permission. Review the sign-in and connector approval screen before granting Claude read-only access to your Orzio data.
Orzio estimates nutrition for personal logging. It is not medical advice, and private handling does not make an estimate clinically reliable. Use a qualified professional and an appropriate measurement process for medical or dietary decisions.
